The symposium will take place at the Virginie Loveling Building, located within the VAC Gent (Vlaams Administratief Centrum) in Ghent, Belgium.

Entrance via the footbridge: You can reach the main entrance via the footbridge located above the bus and tram stops. Go through the revolving door and turn left, where you can check in at the reception desk.

How to get there?

Public transport

This building is situated next to Gent-Sint-Pieters railway station, making it easily accessible either by train or by bus/tram (stop 'Sint-Pietersstation').

Car

There is no free parking at the VAC. You can use the paid parking lot at the Gent Sint-Pieters station (electronic payment only).
