Abstract submission

We warmly invite participants to submit an abstract for inclusion in the symposium program via this form.

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to July 14, 2026, and authors will be notified of acceptance by August 15, 2026.

Each submission must include a concise title (maximum 120 characters), followed by 3 to 5 keywords. Please provide the full names and affiliations of all authors; the presenting author should also be the individual submitting the abstract.

The abstract itself should be written in a structured manner and include a brief overview of the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the work. The total length of the abstract must not exceed 2 500 characters.

Authors are asked to indicate their preferred session (1, 2, 3, or 4) as well as the desired presentation format (poster or oral presentation). If you want to have both an oral and a poster presentation, please submit a different abstract for each.
